Room phone and provided cell number called multiple times in a day with less than 5 minutes of notice to move my car to different areas and parking lots around the property due to parking lot cleaning. Very frustrating as there was no prior or ongoing communication and I was in the middle of work every time."

"I booked my hotel room through Expedia. I was told that free breakfast wasn’t available to me because I hadn’t booked directly with Best Western. This was upsetting. I had dinner at hotel restaurant in the evening. The staff in the dining room were very good. Overall the hotel looked worn. Carpeting in the hallway of my floor was dirty, wrinkled, and in some places missing. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and my room was quiet."
