"Aucun accueil les clés de la chambre était dans un coffre Mais nous n’avions reçu aucune consigne pour les récupérer. Heureusement que d’autres clients nous ont permis de les récupérer sinon nous passions la nuit dehors. Dans la chambre, Pas d’eau chaude et personne à la réception, un numéro de téléphone qui sonne dans le bureau vide et un portable sur messagerie sur lequel nous avons laissé un message, mais personne ne nous a rappeler. "Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated "

"Stayed here for a week while following TdF. The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it you get your money's worth. The staff is polite and service-minded. The restaurant is very good. They offer a traditional French breakfast which is okey, but if you have been to France, you should be aware that a traditional french breakfast is not much and "okey" is as good as it gets. "
