"Already reported that WiFi code can only be obtained at the reception and that the reception is a good wslk uphill and cannot be reached by (internal) telephone and eternal phone is not answered. Getting a warm shower meant that you need to wait 10 minutes before the hot water reaches the nice shower. Once hot it is hot. "

"The room is clean and the staff are good. The hotel location is perfect"

"Absolutely fantastic location if you’re on a business trip it’s a headquarter is a Evian water is 500 yards away. It’s a pretty little place on the edge of Lake Geneva would recommend."

"Super nice property. Pleasant walk into Chamonix. Great location close to the Flegere lift if you want to do the Lac Blanc hike. Loved it."

"It was off-season so hardly anyone was there. My room was terrific with a mini-sauna on the deck. Staff was very friendly. Easy walk into town with the plenty of dining options (during the season that is). A very nice place and a great stay. "

"Very clean and beautiful hotel"

"No parking available and smoking smell everywhere in the room. No body at the reception. So difficult to find parking anywhere "

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "
