"We booked the East Wing & the room was clean with no problems. Unfortunately we arrived when the flash flood happened so we’re moved after our first night. Front desk were very unhelpful! We were left without a room as had to check out and couldn’t check into the next hotel outside the park for several hours. The situation could’ve been dealt with far better with help from the front desk, rather than them leaving us to sort out!"

"I’ve stayed here serval times! Bell Rock is just a few blocks away. The backdrop is incredible. Two pools, jacuzzis. The rooms have stove, fridge, it’s really great and great value for the price"

"Staff are all very good at reception, restaurant pool area. Nice clean room. However, the price you see is not what you pay, there are tax's upon tax's, the dreaded resort fees, tax on resort fees. It all adds up"
