"Sadly, this Hilton experience was not good. Run down, hardly any staff, broken Jacuzzis, the bathroom in the room was falling apart, door falling off hinges, toilet barely flushed, exhaust fan broken, no food available....just a lousy experience and in Sedona no less Never going back."

"The resort is very nice! However, it is located in the middle of town. Not uptown where all the local events are, but in downtown where the residence of Sedona live. Not much to do near the property or surrounding it. You have to go uptown to dine shop, eat hike. But the staff is amazing snd the property is pretty, but not much to do on the property."
