"Nice property, quiet and conveniently located"

"Overall, a great place to stay. Very clean, within easy walking distance to the rim, easy parking. My only disappointment was that our room had an outdoor verandah, but we couldn’t really utilise it because we were on the ground floor and right next to the footpath and road, hence no privacy. If we were on the upper floor, it would have been nicer. There also wasn’t a privacy blind over the window so we had to have the curtain closed always to prevent people from seeing inside. Apart from this though, it was very nice. "

"Very comfortable upscale experience all around. Great vibe and super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the evenings and mornings on the patio. Tasty snacks, custom brewed coffee and nice breakfast choices…enjoyed the fireplaces, kicking back, and so perfectly pet friendly. We’ll be back! "

"This is probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The people are so friendly and helpful. Although the room is relatively small, it's comfortable and some of them have great mouth views. There's a wonderful bistro bar. The observation deck at the top of the hotel accents, the beauty of the red rock area. It's very close to the historic downtown area. We stayed here on our way up to antelope Canyon as well as on our way down towards Phoenix airport."

"We had a reservation at Quality Inn down the street and we wouldn't stay there because it was filthy and noisy and full of really questionable people, so I used Expedia and booked Baymont for a last minute booking. We were very pleased to be able to get a booking there."
