"A little disappointed with the pomeroy. Check in was awsome. We got to the room and notice hair in the bathtub, poor lightning in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was not secure and did not lock. The fridge did not cool and the coffee pot was not clean. With the hotel being pet friendly, outside the hotel had alot of poop that was not picked up. Although, the beds were comfy and the water park was a hit with our grandson, we won't be staying here again"

"Our room was spacious and clean We found the bed to soft in room 222 The bed on the first floor (can’t remember room #) was a lot firmer That is my only down eater 😊"

"When I checked in to my room for a three day stay, there was still food in the fridge from previous guests, I assume. The housekeeper didn’t clean my room on the second day, when I phoned the front desk to ask why, they asked if I had the “do not disturb” sign on the door, my response was no, I don’t have one of those signs for the door. I was in town for business, and the room did not have a desk for me to work from. Apparently this is common in a pet friendly room. Please do better prestige, perhaps live up the name of your hotel. "

"Hotel and room was excellent. The provided breakfast was disappointing. Low levels of food what was there seemed to be sitting for a while. All in all stay was great "

"Harpreet was amazing at check in. After a long day of travelling and road closures I booked a hotel for the night. Upon check in Harpreet saw that I had animals and offered water, helped me find parking for my truck and trailer, as well as offered to keep a watchful eye on it overnight on the security cameras. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us at our late night check in! Your hospitality is very much appreciated! "
