"Staff were very helpful to address a problem with our accommodations, even though hotel was very full. They were able to find us a new room. Staff even helped move suitcases from one room to the other. Also, let us know about the shuttle to the airport to address early morning flight."

"We stayed over the Easter weekend and they had organised extra activities for the children which was a great touch. We loved using the pool and sauna after our day out exploring the city. We had a large family room which was two rooms interconnected and that worked very well for us, the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The hotel is a short walk from the trains and buses to get around the various parts of the city, or even a train across to Sweden. We enjoyed drinks in the lobby bar, brasserie bar, and in the sky bar on the top floor which had some nice views. We decided to eat all meals outside of the hotel, and found it easy to find some good cafes for breakfast, and food markets for lunch or dinner."

"Clean but very small room (#718) and with an even smaller bathroom. I am medium build and media height. A larger person would have problems using that bathroom. I had to shuffle sideways to get into the shower cubicle (no bath). You would have to be a contortionist to access the toilet roll while sitting on the loo. "
