"We stayed overnight to catch an early ferry. Restaurant, pool and proximity to the ferry terminal were great. Unfortunately, our room was at the main road with some traffic noise and next to the bar/ billiard area with some more noise. "

"Hotel sits right off the dock at Vaxholm where the ferrys come in, so very conveniently located.. stunning views for all rooms having little balconies.. hotel rooms and hallways charmingly laid out to look like you're on a ship.. breakfast is wonderful and restaurant on street level has excellent local menu.. great leap off place for day trips via ferrys to islands such as Grinda and Svartso (Vaxholm itself can be accessed by car, is much more built up and is much less rustic than those two...
