"Really nice stay in Kassel and Hood House. Digital solutions for access worked flawless, and the room was great. Can absolutely recommend. Close to pretty much everything, including Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe (tram 1 or cab up to Hercules statue if you prefer experiencing the park from the top going down instead of climbing upwards 🙂). Enjoy!"

"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "I would have preferred to check in at the reception with a human instead of that check in ATM, but it worked. Room was spacious and breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly. "
