Does have a tight stairwell and no elevator so takes some lugging of luggage but not a problem for us. Bed for third person is a sofa (not a sofa bed). No issue for my kid. Top Northern Iceland Hotel Reviews

Sel Hotel Mývatn

Sel Hotel Mývatn

8/10 Good
"Good breakfast spread with reasonable bread selection. Plenty of parking spaces and there is an Orkan self-service petrol station within the compound of this property. One of the best places in Iceland to catch the Northern Lights without having to go far or join expensive tours - we saw the Northern Lights dancing from our hotel room for 2 consecutive nights."
