"This is my second time staying here, and even though they’re doing some renovations, it was still very comfortable. I have seen some reviews that say the construction from renovation made their experience terrible—it had no impact on my stay at all. There was no noise, my room was just fine, and all of the amenities were available. I saw a guy painting in the lobby when I was leaving, and that’s it. It was clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. "
"The Ameristar Casino Hotel East Chicago absolutely exceeded my expectations! The room was honestly one of the best I’ve ever stayed in — incredibly spacious, spotless, and so comfortable that it felt like a luxury retreat. I went during an off-season day, so the price was very affordable, which made it even better. What I loved most was how the hotel feels like a true escape — once you’re inside, it completely takes you out of the surrounding area and immerses you in a relaxing, upscale atmosphere. I would 100% stay here again!"
