"It was a cute spot, not much to do in this town. Mainly just stayed the night. The bedding/ towels were nice didn’t feel cheap. The rules for pets are a little much for normal dog owners. As a dog trainer, I had no issues keeping the dogs off the bed. "
"The stay was good overall. The staff were friendly, but seemed to assume I would understand how purchasing the food and other items near the front desk worked, which resulted in some awkwardness where I thought they were telling me to just grab what I wanted and leave without formally paying.
Breakfast was great. Waffle makers were available, sausage, potatoes, other warm stuff and toast and bread and fruit.
The bathroom door was atrocious. It’s a barn-style door that HAS NO LOCK, and had a huge gap that allowed somebody in the hallway to see you sitting on the toilet. No barrier to sound or smells. Shameful.
The bathtub was the most shallow bathtub I’ve seen in my life. Doesn’t matter to me, I just like to shower, but keep that in mind if you were hoping to take a bath.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Except the horrible bathroom door. Genuinely terrible."
"It was a quiet and clean place to sleep. That's the most important thing. The room was listed as a Double Queen, which was a surprise because when it was owned by Best Western this hotel didn't seem to have double queen rooms, just double Full rooms. So we go it since we had kids travelling with us. Nope, they're still just double full beds. That was flat out untrue.
Not a real big deal, just be honest.
Breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful, and the outside of the hotel was clean and nice. The floors in the halls and elevators are struggling, but, it's a high traffic area, so, that's to be expected I guess.
Nice to have a decent place to stay in town. We'd stay again."
"The view no longer is amazing when you cant even sit outside to watch it. because nobody every clean the balcony area of the room. (spider webs ) The T.V. in the room you can barely see. Cause of how little it is. For the cost of the room, it should at least be a 50 inch in the room. Also the balcony area should be a part of the cleaning of the room. Parking was great."
"Would not recommend, I booked a week in advance. Went to go check in, there was a sign on the door saying “not available till after 4”. We were heading back to get checked in and got an email stating we were cancelled. "
