"Nice property. Close to the health sciences centre, which I needed to visit. My only suggestion is that there are some signs of wear and tear in rooms. Some paint and drywall could be refreshed. Otherwise a great place to stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful."

"Window seal was broken so we could not look outside. Room had a big open space where a chair should be. Restaurant and staff were excellent. Food and service were top notch."

"I have stayed many times at this hotel, basically since it opened. There have been management changes and a few disappointments; however they seem to have worked out the issues. What hasn’t changed is that the bed and pillows are comfortable, the shower has a good spray, the amenities are sufficient, and the satellite tv channels are plentiful. And the staff is always pleasant and helpful. But what I found this time is the shower curtain smelled and the sofa and chairs needed to be cleaned; everything else was clean. I’ll be interested to see if they remedy this the next time I stay."

"Stay overnight for one night. And everything was ok because no loud noises when I arrive late at night. Bed were nice a soft/comfy including staff were understandable when I arrived late n greeted me, next early morning they say good bye have a nice drive back home"
