"Anna is a delight! She arranged for our key early by text . She called a cab so we could go up to the sacred chapel. She served gluten free food at breakfast. Everything is clean and welcoming. The market is steps away with restaurants and shops. Highly recommend "

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming hotel. The lakeside position is fantastic - it’s definitely worth paying more to get a lake view room. The room was quiet & clean with a comfortable bed and good linen - I think a proper feather duvet. We had a small balcony which was good for reading. The roof-top bar served pizza and light meals. We dined in the smart restaurant one evening - expensive but a lovely treat. The staff were very polite and friendly. Parking free in the hotel car park. The pool was closed for our visit (mid-May) but there were convenient steps down into the lake for some invigorating swims. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"It's located on the waterfront of Lago D'Orta, and Isola San Guilio in an eye shot distance. Nice vista on the lake. The property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. I fee like this area better than Lake Como in which is less touristy and more quiet and better for relaxation"
