"Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."

"Clie to Camino, bus and train stations. Incredible communication with owner, bus arrived early, I was welcomed. Easy to explore city, landmarks, beaches, restaurants, stores. I stayed 2 days and it was so relaxing! Quiet yet spacious room with balcony overlooking Mercado."

"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking. "Loved this iconic hotel right in the heart of town! We were super happy they talked us into upgrading to an ocean front room because the view of the beach was incredible! We also were given a newly remodeled room that was very comfortable and cute! The location is amazing; right in the middle of everything. The front desk staff and consierge are all lovely and so helpful and the restaurant was gorgeous. "
