"We found a roach in our room. I showed a picture to the front desk worker and she said the management would be in touch with me. That was yesterday and never heard anything. Really nice hotel but disappointed."

"Great hotel, location, clean room, and staff was friendly and accommodating. My only note is that parking is tricky when there are conferences happening in the hotels ballroom. I had to park farther than I would have liked, but not a huge deal either as there is plenty parking."

"The room was super clean and very comfortable and the prices are average and the staff here is friendly and helpful and there are lots of parking spots available and there is a laundry room in the hotel. "

"The Colts Neck Inn Is nostalgic, it has the look of the past, while incorporating the present. The inn is located against Route 34 and County Road 537, the intersection is loud and busy. My room was up against the highway, it was not tranquil, it was anxiety ridden, and falling asleep impossible. The room was cold, no carpets around the bed, lament flooring, the bathroom had marble flooring, the heat was limited, unless you turned it on HIGH. A beautiful entrance way led to cold modern rooms. The person above me had huge, loud feet, the refrigerator made popping noises. I felt unwelcomed. The grounds unkept, the outside of the building in need of repair. It lost it's luster. I remember it well in the past, as I traveled Rt 34 a lot. The price of the room was fair. I arrived at 1:53PM, no early check in was granted and the staff was just plain weird. Breakfast was OK. Overall weird vibe."

"I love the staff. They are always pleasant and helpful. The sheets in the room were clean and towels were clean. I love that breakfast is provided daily. However, there should be a small class on how to make oatmeal. Some days its perfect then some make it watery."

"Upon arrival, the person checking in before me was greeted with a bottle of water. As I checked in, I wasn't offered one so I asked and the response was - that's for our members... Ideally the gesture could have been, here's a 50 cent bottle of water and instructions on how to join the member program - nothing. I opted for the breakfast and was disappointed that it was the same items everyday- no change for the 5 days. Food was luke warm at best. The bottle of ketchup was a refillable and gross. Even the syrup bottle didnt look like it had been cleaned out in a long time. On my first night, i ate in their restaurant. Got a burger and fries. Burger was ok, big but the fries were very potatoeee, meaning barely cooked through and not very hot. Hotel is outdated and the carpets need a good cleaning or replacement. With all of this said, you get what you pay for."
