"Had 3 adults 2 kids in a 2 room queen suit. With a queen pull out bed too. The pull out bed was completly broken to pieces with crumbs and do Ritz crackers falling out. So unusable. Which we needed it, and only got that room because it "slept 6" 🙄 so instead my sitter slept on the couch which you would sink into without using pillows in the Crack. Crumbs all over the floor, they never came to take out the garbage or give us new towels. The restaurant connected to it was closed for the weekend, and didn't know until went and saw the sign on the door.... on a holiday weekend where you would think the hotel would be more busy. Beds were very uncomfortable, we left a night early. The pool was small but that was perfect size for my 6&7 year old to be able to swim with no life jackets."

"The property was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with waffles, sausage, hash browns, yogurt, toast, cereal, etc. They had chocolate chip cookies at the desk which were delicious and a shop to buy things if needed. The pool/spa was descent. Housekeeping was good. Only cleaned our room cleaned once in 4 days but we had all the towels and supplies we needed. Bodywash soap and shampoo were supplied. Quiet area with a McDonald's, Taco Bell, convenience store within walking distance. Nearest Walmart was 15 minutes away. Cons: we needed our key reprogrammed several times. The elevator went out for 2 of the 4 days we were there and we were on the 4th floor. We could not have our room window open without the door chirping - seems d to be something about the wind gust pressure and door sensor.. Idk. Oh and if you want a descent cup of juice or milk they only give you a kiddie size cup so bring your own from the room. Overall I would stay there again"

"Night Employee was rude made it seem like I was a bother to her, Breakfast was a joke Place looked like it maybe going through a remodel (i hope) door going into the bathroom was falling off lock on door to room barely worked had to go back to front desk 4 times cause keys wouldnt work. The lever to get out of on of the doors was broken and falling off hallway smelled of weed I wouldnt recommend staying there especially if you have kids"
