"Upon checking in, I was greeted by Harrison. He was very nice and polite and checked me in with ease. He even texted to see how I like the room or if I needed anything. The room itself was very clean! I also loved the Dove products that they use in the bathroom. The bed was nice and firm and pillows fluffy. Despite being right next to a highway, you couldn’t really hear anything. The next time I come to Durham, this hotel is definitely where I’ll be staying! Also, I did receive a text message the morning of checkout, the text said “I hope you enjoyed your stay. Let them know when I’ll be departing and they can email my receipt to the email on file”. That gesture was very on point and appreciated. Above all, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately didn’t get to try breakfast as we overslept, I’m hoping next time we can try it."

"Our room was clean. The staff was great, and breakfast was good. The woman taking care of the breakfast did a great job, even though she was working alone during the busy weekend. Parking was convenient; there was an entrance door for guests near every parking spot."
