"Very friendly front desk staff! Room was clean and comfortable! Walking distance to Union Station (about one mile). It was just my teen daughter and I and we felt very safe in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. We walked everywhere. Breakfast buffet $24.99 each but was not your normal hotel breakfast. It was quite delicious! And if you have a chance go to 5280 Burger Bar just next door and get the fried pickles! Would stay here again! "

"Good location close to downtown and the train to go to the airport. The room was clean, not a great view. My particular room overlooked the roof of the conference rooms, not a big deal, but I tried to look at the sunrise, but the outside of the window is extremely dirty. My iPhone even suggested I clean the camera lens. Good stay overall. I only ate at the smaller restaurant for fast food. "

"The front desk needs to be watched better. Some horrible customer service. Miguel should be the highest paid person there. He was always helpful and with a smile to boot. The place is a cheap dump. Thin walls, no heat, no ventilation, gross dirty carpet, lumpy mattress, dirty window that doesn’t open, crappy breakfast with gross unwashed people wearing barely there pajamas in buffet and dining area. Their “market” is so poorly stocked. Not a bottle of water or. Diet Coke to be found. Really crummy location too."
