"We had a great stay, everyone was so nice and helpful. The only issue was that it was so busy, and only two people were at the front getting people checked in. Someone cut the line, and the staff took them instead of someone who was actually in the line. It took us about 30-45 minutes to get checked in. The room was really nice, spacious and clean. The only complaint about the room is how hard the mattress was, and how there was basically only sheets instead of a comforter. The mattress makes back pain worse. Aside from that, we had a great stay!"
