"Blankets were dirty, sketchy people hanging around in the parking lot, and room was non-smoking but had a strong smell of cigarettes. :("

"The room was very dusty. We traveled all night, arriving at 7am however we were not able to check in until 3pm no matter what. Once we finally got to our room, the lamps were dusty, the bathroom sink had dirty water rings on it and most importantly getting to our room, the smell of cigaretter smoke was unbearable. I most likely wont ever book with Extended Stay again."

"Rooms looked decent, but very cheap up close, low water pressure in the shower, loose bathroom tiles with water damage and curtain that didn’t stop any water, beds were stiff, tv was not setup or connected to the WiFi services"

"They advertise a restaurant on site with bar but its not open. When we checked in they gave us a breakfast menu with various different made to order breakfasts. But then sat. morning we walk in and the lady says its a buffet breakfast, i ask if i pay her and she says later. It was scrambled eggs, sausage, you know the usual but then there was some other stuff. I asked my wife what it was and she said some kind of asian soup. It all tasted bland. The " orange juice" was tang. Then we get done and the lady runs up and tells us its $15 each, which was odd since the prices on the menu we got the highest plate was $15.95 for made to order. I then asked if the restaurant and bar would be open for dinner as we would be back that evening and she told us no that it was closed permanently. My question is why do they advertise it if its not open? Very disappointed. "

"The towels were dirty and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. If I could have received a refund I would have left immediately. "
