"Room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We noticed there were some floor areas that need to be refreshed or repaired but the price was reasonable. Our stay was fine."

"The staff was great, however…the room was dirty, there were spiders right when i entered, the sheets had stains on them, I booked this room just for the hot tub and pool when i arrived it was under construction for my whole stay, the doors stated they were locked so no one could enter without a key however i was able to walk right in with no key. The shower did not work properly, the key card to the room itself kept disabling so I had to stand in long lines to get it fixed. "

"The pool wasn't available and that was one of the factors in me choosing Crowne Plaza, so I was very disappointed. One staff personnel caught my eye and I may return just to pursue her; Lol."

"5 star all the way.. kudos to the staff including the shuttle driver. Only concern is about the GYM is useless. Should be reinvented by someone with real lifestyle in the health scene. Still give then a 5+ star for location, staff, convenience and easy access."

"Checked in late at night and it was horrible Whole place is so filthy blood stains on bedding tv didnt work they didnt even have batteries to put in the remote wasnt offered another room or tv so we had to ck out and find another place to stay and the would not release a waiver to hotels.com where I booked to get any of my money back this place is a dump and unsafe alot of sketchy people was in and out not worth a dollar the pics on line and the reality r 2 dif planets dont waste ur time"

"This was one of the worst stays in a hotel I’ve ever had. When we got to our room, there was a sticky substance all over the floor. The amount of trash and dirt on the floor was astounding. The toilet seat was completely broken. And the shampoo and conditioner holders were ripped off of the wall and the squirt handle was broken off. Making it hard to use. The bedding had fresh stains on them. And then the final straw was when I was blow drying my hair with the blow dryer provided and the blow dryer blew up with sparks and filled the bathroom with smoke and our room with a scorched smell. I told the front desk and they apologized but seemed disinterested. I will never stay here again. The lack of care about cleanliness and basic maintenance really needs to be addressed."
