"Our room was so lovely, I had asked for the highest floor and a view of the lovely clock tower. We had both,. The amazing waiter at the restauant Taverna Banfi named Joseph was the real deal. He went way out of his way to offer us the most lovely experience. The food was so interesting and delicious, He also went and got me a hat with the Cornell logo when I told him we were celebrating my grandfather who taught at Cornell for his entire adult life and who cared so much about the University. Could not say enough about the Stattler. Will be back soon and on the regular."

"Glad of the late check-in, as we got in around 11pm. Best to checkin while light to find room at bottom of the hill. Charming area, but our activities were based in Ithaca. Great peaceful views of the lake. Very clean and updated. Very little counter space in bathroom."

From our perspective, the breakfast options were poor (basically coffee and pasteries), but the hotel is a very short drive from College Town Bagels at Triphammer Mall, which has outstanding options. Our room was comfortable and large, and very quiet."
