"When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. "

"The view of the lake and beach area was great. Work out area and swimming pools were designed well. Hot tub was indoor and outdoor, which I loved. Just wish the weather would have been nicer, which they can't control. "

"We have stayed here several times. Both our last trip, and this one, the air conditioning never worked. Staff was great to offer a fan and bring one to the room, but the room gets into the mid-70s which for me is not comfortable. Clearly previous guests felt the same way as the thermostat was set to 50. The pool and breakfast are very good."
