"Room was decent, comfortable bed. No fridge or microwave. Close to Berg park with nice river walk. Walmart, starbucks other shopping very close. Breakfast was nice. Nice staff. Had an incident where the person on the second floor just above our room was throwing his dirty close, blanket and a large laundry bag out the window. Was very disturbing. Spoke to the manager and he did put in for a partial refund from Travelocity, which I have received. The staff here was great. "

"The place is understaffed, which made for a 3-hour long wait for my room to be ready, even though I made the reservation weeks in advance (through a third party site, which might have been the main problem, and not a reflection of the motel reservation system itself)... This said, the staff were as accommodating as they could be with what limited resources and help they had available. "Never saw a live person in this hotel. The check in process was with a virtual attendant. The carpets were thread barren, the tile in the bathroom were doubled stacked & raised, the towels were thin as rags. Tv had many channels & a big pool. The door to the pool was very difficult to open unless a person was either strong or had some weight to push against the door which would definitely be a fire hazard. Notified virtual assistant of the door issue. It is
