"Very comfortable beds. Nice renovated bathrooms and nice size rooms. The hotel kept a lot of the decor of the original courthouse which is really special. Welcoming to our dog. "

"I had to book a stay with short notice. Nicole, at the front desk is awesome. I also had another booking and she gave me tips on how to book and not incur cancellation fees. She also looked up where and when I could book to pay less. All staff are friendly. The area gets active at night but there is 24 hour security. My car was safe and there were no "kusties" hanging around. Instead they go to the Marina Park or cross over bridge."

"Here to visit gravely ill sister in law in ICU. Staff very understanding. Met our needs. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast satisfactory but still need to bring own gluten free and lactose free items. This is a repeat stay when coming to Thunder Bay so aware of dietary challenges. Still pleased to stay here. "
