"Our room had ripped carpet, wine spilled on the wall and found hair on our bathroom floor. "

"The pool area was gross... the water murky and slightly smelly. I tried to overlook this as I was looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub only to get in and find out the hot tub was luke warm, at best. While the front desk clerk was trying to be helpful, there was nothing she could do for me since I booked and pre-paid through Hotels.com. The room itself was relatively clean - although no toilet paper to be found - the hallways and stairways were in desperate need of a vacuum. The breakfast was about what I expected... nothing special, but better than nothing. I am not likely to book at this hotel again. "

"A huge party was happening right outside our room! We upgraded to a poolside room and were lining forward to it! Until a hockey team showed up, drinks in hand and had a party with several dozen ppl that started at 6pm and went till 11:45pm. Being poolside, the party was right outside our door. It was so loud, vulgar and out of control. Tried multiple times to get the front desk to do something. They didn't. We couldn't use the hot tub or pool, it was filled with ppl drinking excessively. Hotel staff said that there was nothing they could do. The hotel itself was fine, nice pool, hot tubs and the room as decent. The bed was hard as a rock and had to sleep with my feet by the headboad."

"Worked for what we were looking for. I wouldn’t say it is anything special but the rooms was good. Really soft sheets. The pool area hasn’t changed much in the 6 years between stays at this hotel. The breakfast was only ok, nothing special. "

"Great hotel. Breakfast buffet had a very good variety and selection. Waffle maker, pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt. Unfortunately the doors between rooms are paper thin. The people next to us were quiet, and we still heard every single word. The staff were not friendly, but the hotel is nice"

"The rooms were great. Ease of booking through hotels.com was great. Only complaint I would have was the hotel check in desk was never manned and had to ring for someone to help you out."

"We had two rooms. One the bed was really good the other was not. One room had a number of things that had been damaged and the fixed the other was in better shape. Two different experiences. Staff are very friendly and rooms were very clean."
