"Unique property. very charming and clean rooms. the little porch w/ swing was great. Not sure how I feel about no front desk (virtual chk in and out) but this day and age I suppose its hard to find workers. Court yard is cozy with fire pit. The only negative was the curtain on the courtyard door didn't really cover the whole window, yikes. other than that Very pleased with our stay. "

"They went beyond our expectations to help us and make our visit absolutely perfect! Our room was charming and we could hear the waterfall nearby. It is very close to the gondola and restaurants, too! We loved the fire pit and rocking chairs in the evening. Ride the gondola at night. The views are spectacular!"

"Highly recommend! Location is perfect: 1. It’s right next to the river which is lovely to walk along and listen to at night, 2. Perfect walking distance to food, shopping, bike rentals, park, and one of the gondola stations, 3. Parking is included and covered, and 4. The property is nestled perfectly away from the Main Street so it is quiet and provides the most lovely views. Property is clean and accommodating. Pool, hot tub, and steam room were clean and has the best views to admire while relaxing. We’re already planning our return trip to Telluride (which is dreamy) and without hesitation would stay at The Ice House again. "
