"The room was very damp my clothes were damp, to the point they started smelling. The room had no centre ceiling lighting and I have a lighting condition with my eyes. I could not see properly very poor lighting. After a few days breakfast became boring, the same thing over and over again. They was no effect made to replenish the herbal tea. I was very disappointed."

"Massive construction site next door, right in front of your window, that starts work at 7 AM and goes until sundown with an additional 2 hours on some days. They say they change the towels every 2 days but in 7 days not once did they change. Your food wait can be over an hour. Breakfast was mid. Always hesitant to post negative reviews but as we waited for slow elevators other guests mentioned to me , they were counting the days for check out. A large group of travelers was having an amazing time , that might be the best experience here. The location is the best feature"

"Really good location. Breakfast was ok. This hotel doesn't serve lunch or dinner but there are tons of restaurants around. The staff was very instrumental in assisting with tours. I'm so glad the front desk speak both English and Portuguese, which was helpful."

"It was a beautiful property but the breakfast was very expensive compared to other properties in the area that provided the same type of breakfast but it was included in the rate. But other than that the staff were great, the location fantastic and the food and wine were very good. Would recommend it."
