"Luxurious apartment newly decorated private living room with excellent kitchen great view silent place at 5th floor with lift ! Reception very helpful thank You Eduardo . Very clean with comfy bed in sleeping room. 2 bathrooms. Fast wifi superb aircon. Ovearall perfect place in Catania clise to museums. Only half minute from alibus stops to airport metro and many buses. Almost at Via Etnea with many shops I will come back as soon as possible . Highly recommend. "

"Relatively clean aside from dirt on floors and the white stain on the couch. Biggest issues were: * consistent strong sewage smell in main bathroom, bordering on nauseating. * Cheap soaps * pillows were horrible. Like a rock. * bed was angled in middle -- like sleeping in a burrito * no instructions on entering -- building door key did not work well, had to play with it for 10 min to figure out how to make it work. Also took a while to figure out the entryway lights for the building, etc....

"The apartment is nicer than the photos. It is spacious with nice rooms and a combined living-kitchen. It was clean with nice towels provided. The location is perfect in a quiet street in the part of ortigia close to the parking spots on the mainland. There are a couple of great restaurants in the street. "This property is GORGEOUS and in the right are: not too in the thick of tourism, but not completely out of it. My gripe is with Wonderful Italy in general and the impossibly slow or broken internet at the property. Upon arriving to Ortegia two hours prior to check-in, the team was TERRIBLE at communicating.
