"Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. "Great location. We didn’t rent a car so we walked or took the bus everywhere. Everything within Ortigia was far more walkable than we had anticipated from looking at the map. The place itself was super clean and whenever we needed the trash taken out or anything else, we simply sent a WhatsApp message. Super easy and quick communication! Nicely furnished. Because it’s bang in the middle of restaurants and all there is some noise, but we didn’t mind. "
