"It was easy to find the flat and plenty of parking. We stayed at level 3, room no 5. Unfortunately a very strong drainage smell was coming out of the toilet which stunk the bedroom. The curtains won't close. The shower was dirty. We alerted the owner of this who admitted there was a drainage issue in the building that has been causing the smell. He said at 10:30pm at night if we didnt like it we could leave. The next day, despite admitting to the problem the night before he then denied it...

"Our stay at the Farmhouse was amazing. Location wise it can't be beat being close to so many lovely towns. It was rural enough to give you the feeling you were on a Sicilian farm in the countryside. Lucca our host was a gem. He is very friendly and willing to help out always. Make sure to sign up for the cooking classes, unfortunaly we couldn't but sound amazing. I will recommend this place to everyone looking for a real experience of Sicily "

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Catania. Die Kommunikation war schon im Vorfeld sehr angenehm. Dadurch konnten wir uns schon von Anfang an freuen auf einen unkomplizierten Urlaub. Auch der geplante Ausflug auf den Ätna hat ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geklappt und war sehr spannend und informativ. "The place is an oasis in the city. Very convenient for exploring the city and felt safe. A charming place. There were some issues with cleanliness though such as smelly pillows and dust & dirty floors. But the bathroom and kitchen were spotless. The kitchen could have done with some items such as a washing-up bowl or plug. But overall it was a very pleasant place and the owner was very good at communicating with us. "
