"・宿の設備など ２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。 おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。 趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。 ・課題 今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。 IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。 若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。 ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。 "

"Its a "romance hotel," which I didn't realize until I got there, so I was naturally confused when I entered the front door as there is no reception desk just 4 buttons you can press to select your room type and a phone. I stood around confused for long enough that a nice employee saw me confused on a security camera and came to help. "Excellent hotel with a fabulous breakfast buffet and a fine Onsen. The location is great as it is right next to the train and bus stations. Staff are courteous and helpful. My room was big by standards of Japan and supremely quiet. I loved the free popsicles by the Onsen. My only suggestion is to turn down the sauna heat a bit as it was painfully hot — the hottest I’ve ever experienced including in Japan. Other than that minor tweak this hotel is wonderful. "
