"Had a 7 night stay. Room was cleaned daily except for one day when it had been skipped. Was only given 1 bath towel on two separate days, but the front desk staff was always at the desk and resolved any problems quickly. Our 1st floor room was exceptionally quiet, even though it’s very near the LGA flight path, and was even quiet when the breakfast area had lots of activity just down the hall. The breakfast buffet had several choices for hot food: eggs every day either as scrambled eggs or omelettes; turkey sausage patties, pork sausage links; bacon on some days; cubed roasted potatoes some days and cubed sweet potatoes on others; sliced bread and bagels for toasting, juices, cereals, yogurt, hot sweet cinnamon rolls, mini muffins, and pancakes that came out of an automatic pancake machine that always seemed to be having problems. Breakfast staff was a mixed bag, a couple of the staff were friendly and helpful, although there was one older blonde lady that seemed more interested in talking with coworkers, scrolling on her phone, standing in front of food stations and giving exasperated sighs and eye rolls at patrons whose behavior she apparently disapproved of. Front desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the housekeeping staff were super nice and accommodating. Property was clean and well maintained. There are several options for food/groceries within a short walking distance. Laundry and fitness center on site, + 24 hr access to coffee machine was awesome!"

"The room was great and updated. The hallways and rooms are all tile/marble floors. Great for the rooms but it makes it noisy in the hallway. Every time someone closed their door, we heard it. Coffee, juice, water, and a microwave were always available. There is no drop off zone so we had to double park."
