"lemon resort was ok the food was pretty American and we wanted more Polish food especially from the region the amenities were really good butCharging extra fees for core outdoor spaces like a private beach or lakeside lounging area feels nickel-and-dimed and frustrates guests who expect an all-inclusive luxury experience. True five-star properties typically bundle access to their primary recreational grounds into the baseline room rate or resort fee.the guests were a bit strange they didn't really understand that like you don't bring your own towels to the pool and that's north american spas usually wear the robe and slippers to the poor especially when it's not that hot out so there was a cultural difference between what we know from north america versus what people were doing at the pool. They wantee to show off brands and we just wanted a soa experience. They were acting as though we were aliens but in fact the contrary they gave s free wine which was nice but it was over a billing issue and like a bank transfer instead of credit card payments and also the website when we booked it showed at different price than what we actually paid was off by like 400 walters so i'm not very content. Loved the lake and the indoor spa and pool amenities - no one was using them.so.i had them all to myself in August! It was def a family friendly hotel.with kids everywhere and too many kid friendly decors and activities but u guess poland loves kids and families so i giess that makes sense."
"The staff at this hotel really make the difference. It's a classic, independent hotel right next door to the famous Unesco salt mines. We had a group of 10, with 6 rooms and they were so helpful. They even prepared and opened breakfast early for us, so we could get to the salt mine tour on time prior to us needing to drive to Ukraine. They also provided a secure parking area for our 6 pickup trucks across the street. My second time staying, and I will definitely be back!"
"Everything about this place was great. The restaurant was outstanding, great breakfast, but those dinners - great....and exceptionally reasonable. Locals were eating there, not just guests and hours were great. Location is central."
