"Overall excellent experience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and great view of greenery and the ocean. My only recommendation would be to put a normal showerhead in the bathroom. Our room had a rainfall shower head but the pipe from the wall was too short for that type of showerhead so you were showering 6 inches away from the wall."

"Beautiful ocean view junior suite. Welcome VIP package was lovely. Food, drinks and service were impeccable. Should we visit Mazatlan, Cabo or San Miguel de Allende again, will definitely stay at a Pueblo Bonito Resort."

"Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Halberto at the pool was an amazing waiter very friendly and quick to help. Buffet was not great, too many things covered in sauces. Would be good to have a better selection of meat, cheese, and fruit not every can eat spicy foods. "
