"This place is a bit further out from Pisa, but we still had a really nice stay and made the most of it. It’s great value for money, which was a big plus.
The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, but honestly, the staff more than made up for it—they were super friendly and welcoming the whole time. The restaurant was also a highlight, with really tasty food that we enjoyed a lot.
It’s a good spot if you’ve got a car and want to explore the nearby villages and surrounding area."

"The phone number listed on Expedia does not work, and the owner has not responded to the messages we sent through Expedia. We will need to find another working contact number online so that we can reach the owner. Otherwise, we will not be able to check in to the room."

"Proximity to the Tower and modest price were my selection criteria. The apartment was spacious enough for me and my teen son for a night. If we were staying longer, the kitchen would have been a benefit certainly.
The fly smashed on the wall above the bed was a bummer. Housekeeping missed that.
Like many older buildings, there are improvements that can be made to the fixtures and whatnot, but I saw this as a work in progress.
The Major issue I had was an after the fact discovery of the stained...

"Good location opposite the train station, so it’s handy as a base for day trips out. Rooms could do with an upgrade, and the hotel doesn’t really have anything in the way of facilities such as a restaurant or bar."
"Fantastic location to see Leaning Tower. We arrived after 10pm but easy self check in. Went straight out to see The Leaning Tower, which is just a couple of minutes walk away. Went out again at 7am. Beat the crowds both times, so location is faultless. Good family room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We didn't spend long in Pisa but a good start point for our Tuscany adventure. Would stay again if in Pisa."
"The staff were warm and welcoming and the breakfast was appreciated. The bed was a bit hard though but the room was clean and spacious enough for two."
"Great location, only 15 minutes walk away from the main Pisa square for all your Pisa sightseeing. Private parking on site at a very reasonable cost.
Having no ice in a middle of a heatwave was a little disappointing but overall a good hotel for a Pisa visit."
"We had a fantastic few days - the staff were lovely and the rooms etc were really clean. We booked breakfast prior to our stay and we were so pleased that we did as it was amazing. There are a number of buses that can be caught a few minutes from the hotel which go directly to the train station and then it’s a stroll to the tower. We were really pleased with our stay."
