Ideal location if wanting to wander around Altstadt. The staff was very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Amazing place to stay.

The Steichele Hotel was a delightful gem that exuded German history and charm. It was very close to U-Bahn and tram stops, so getting around the city was very easy. The breakfast had eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, and yogurt every day, and the staff was very friendly and prompt. We ate at the attached restaurant twice for dinner - the food was delicious and it came almost immediately after we ordered! I would definitely stay here again while in Nuremberg!

My Stay: December 2024.

This was a comfortable and convenient one night stay in a 3 star hotel with a nice big bed, nice room and great en-suite shower. The WiFi though was poor in the room. Excellent buffet style breakfast too and the restaurant served good local food and drink.

The room with 2 twin beds was designed for maximum use of space and was very comfortable in size. Breakfast was included in the reasonable price of the room and had many choices.

Nice little place inside the walls

Good position to walk, in about 10mins to the centre, 20mins to the castle. In a secondary road where tou can unload the car, their carpark has 2 places so at 1 block away you have a closed parking that costs 20€ per night. Double room is small and cozy, excellent place if you want to be close to the centre at a good price.

Evening desk clerk needs inter-personal skills

The breakfast was fine. We received a discount for parking from the hotel which was nice. The desk clerk on mornings and daytime was friendly and helpful, however upon arriving in the late afternoon the desk clerk was anything but welcoming and friendly.

The staff is amazing — they really care for you and go the extra mile to make you comfortable. The location is great: close enough to everything yet distant just enough to avoid the noise and commotion at night. Parking garage is right there, across the building.

Gutbürgerliches, preisgünstiges 3-Sterne-Hotel in Citylage, großes sauberes Zimmer, kein Lärm, vergünstigte Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage gleich nebenan, reichhaltiges Frühstück - insgesamt alles bestens, bis auf die Tatsache, dass es bei heißem Wetter aufgrund nicht vorhandenem Airconditioning im Zimmer sehr war werden kann.
