"This is an ok hotel close to the airport. The rooms are small so not much room for luggage. The staff were nice but the breakfast was as picked over and not replenished when we got there. We chose to stay at another hotel on our way out of Basel. "

However I was surprised at how unhelpful the member of staff on for breakfast was. A few people found the hot beverage system complicated and the staff member just watched people struggle while other guests were trying to help. I have never experienced anything quite like that before. "
