Though we have listed in property details that "Free Breakfast" as a facility, it's always the guest's preference to make the reservation either Breakfast Included or Room Only. In your particular reservation, it clearly shows that you have booked the Room Only rate. There was no any information that informs "Breakfast Included", but you insisted upon that we should provide breakfast as "Free Breakfast" is mentioned in the property facilities. Given that we have already offered you a US$14 Discount through Black Friday promotion, we can't afford to serve a free breakfast as well. Understanding the confusion that this may bring for further potential guests, we removed "Free Breakfast" from property facilities. The rest of the review seemed as a revenge filled with false facts because we didn't obliged to offer free breakfast though the option to get breakfast for an extra cost of US $2.4 was still available. Being the person who checked-in you, I know how fluent am I in speaking English, even it's obvious through this response as well. From Mount Mary Inn within 5 minutes walk the city center is reachable which is filled with lot of restaurants. The list goes on like this citing false facts throughout the rest of your review. It's a pity that you couldn't remember that we offered a late check out until 12pm while the official check out time being 10.30.

It seems that you have mistaken our Guest House with another one because some points doesn't match to our property: -We don't have private patios in rooms -We ensure the cleanliness of rooms while being comfortable too -To access Mount Mary Inn you don't have to walk up and down a very steep hill We are really sorry that you have done this mistake and thank you for your understanding.
