"The staff was very helpful. We left our passports behind in the safe in our room, and when we realized we were already at another city within the country and the staff was helpful enough to direct us to the shipping/transport companies and kept our passports in a safe location until the transport company arrived and delivered the passports to us in another city. The hotel has a good location and it’s also very clean. It has all the amenities you may need."
