"Best hotel in OKC"

"Check in was quick and easy. The property ,however, did not have on site parking. Valet is offered and there are parking garages across the street at a much cheaper rate. The Hotel offers a small store which has a selection of incidentals. Restaurants and excursions are within walking distance. My major gripe with the location is that the closest store is miles away. In our drives through downtown OKC, we did not come upon stores of any kind. "

"I picked this hotel for to close proximity to the airport and the included shuttle. The shuttle signup was easy (it's available 24 hrs btw) and the driver was friendly and early for pickup! The room and property was clean. Staff were courteous, bed comfy, no complaints. Thank you for an easy, stress free stay! I left too early for breakfast."

"Everything about this hotel was bad. We were unable to enter for almost 30 minutes because there was a violent fight happening in front of the entrance. It is clear that it was sold not typical Wingate standards. The furniture was dirty, the towels were thin, dirty scratchy pool towels the pool and hot tub were closed. My adult son went downstairs for breakfast and was told that he had to waot 30minutes because the CONSTRUCTION WORKERS had to eat first. The staff were not empowered to fix any of the issues that exist. I waited to post to give management time to contact me because I wrote an email and didcussed all issues with the front desk. It has been over 2 weeks. I would not recommend this property. The name is bait."

"The hotel was clean and staff were kind. The bed was soft, room was clean. Only stayed 1 night to celebrate a girls night out, but would absolutely stay again!"

"Bed was hard. Asked for 2 pillows for the pullout couch (none in room) and was told there is only one in hotel available. Couch had obvious tears. Walls are thin. Other guests walking and shutting doors were constant through the night. One elevator working. "
