"Kinda in a sketchy part of town, and the outside of the hotel looked a bit run down, but the rooms were solid and the staff was nice."

"We were in the Presidential Suite and did not get a King room as we signed up for. The bathroom was not in good shape. The paper holder was badly rusted from pee. The toilet seat was broken. The hot and cold water was backwards in the tub. The shower was difficult to turn on. The breakfast was a hot pocket. They had AC units and refrigerators sitting in the hall. They had my wife and myself (2 older people) upstairs without an elevator. I would not use the kitchen for anything I planned to eat or drink. The ice maker in the hall and TV worked well. "

"I did not add the breakfast bar. However, did experience two issues with the key card for my room. Staff responded quickly when called. Everything else was satisfactory with my visit."

"The room was clean but had only one very small trash can and we kept having to empty our trash which was annoying ! Upon check in I realized that I left my neck support pillow at home and I asked front desk for a couple extra pillows and he looked at me like that was such a huge request and said I don't have the lined closet key tell housekeeping in the morning. Also the ice machine didn't work and I asked for a couple extra towels and he again looked like it was a huge bothersome request and I said nevermind we're going to walmart and we will pick some up there . Overall it was a below average stay and I don't recommend and will not be returning !"

"Thank you Natalie and the staff! We had a grand 3 days. Clean rooms, delicious and simple breakfast, and although located on a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet and the whole family slept great!"

"The hampton inn is a great place to stay it was in a great location. The staff Roslaind had great customer service she explained everything about the services and amenities. The room was nice clean and also the kitchen area. Breakfast was hot as well. I will be staying here again recommended hotel."
