"This was my second time staying at this hotel. The pricing is reasonable, and I really enjoy the beachfront location and surrounding area.
Unfortunately, the hotel was still undergoing repairs during this visit. There was no direct beach access from the property, so we had to walk down the street to another access path. The hotel was also being painted while we were there. I was taking a nap in my room and was woken up by loud beeping from the crane the workers were using, and there were workers right outside my balcony when I woke up.
The complimentary breakfast is convenient, although this time it was set up outside the usual area, with food stations placed in the seating area near the high-top tables, which felt a bit disorganized.
The common areas of the hotel were also very warm, almost like the air conditioning was not working properly or was very limited.
Parking was difficult due to ongoing construction issues. The back parking area near the pool had large sinkholes, and the parking area on the other side of the hotel was closed off our first night because cranes used by the painters were parked there.
The room itself was clean, but the bed was not very comfortable, and the room felt damp and humid throughout our stay. The sliding balcony door was also extremely difficult to open and close, and at one point we couldn’t get it to fully shut and lock.
Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential because the location is beautiful and being right on the beach is a hug"
