"The stopper for the tub was not clean and around the inside of the sink was not clean, but overall it was nice"

"It was ok. The rooms are dated. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Parking was good. The pool needed to be cleaned. The rooms could use an upgrade. The front desk staff is always nice but the cleaning lady not as much. I mean it don’t cost anything to say Good Morning. "

"Check in took long waited for 15 min till someone came to the desk .was loud in the hallways after 1 pm called to the front desk no answer .horrible experience first time"

"The room was very good, shower drained well, nice sink set up, air conditioner functioned well."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. From the moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. it did not smell clean or fresh at all. The issues continued throughout the room. The shower had a strong, foul smell, similar to a wet dog. The refrigerator was dusty and visibly dirty, and the microwave had not been properly cleaned. Even the “Do Not Disturb” sign was dirty, which speaks volumes about the level of housekeeping. There were roaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable. The phone was also filthy, with an oily residue as if it had not been cleaned after previous guests. Additionally, there was some type of splattered residue on the bathroom door. Due to the overall lack of cleanliness and sanitation, I felt extremely uncomfortable and chose to leave early. What made the situation worse was the response from the front desk. When I reported the issues, instead of offering an apology or attempting to resolve the situation, I was told to contact the manager on Monday and “maybe” I could receive a discount. That response was dismissive and frankly insulting given the condition of the room. This experience fell far below basic hospitality standards. Cleanliness should never be optional."

"Upon entry to my unit, I encountered a noticeable musk that resembled mold. The room was extremely stuffy and humid, and there were multiple critters inside, one of which I was able to identify as a wood louse. The sheets were stained and had more hairs than I could count. I left the same night, and the owner did not issue me a refund despite advising me he would. Don’t waste your money here. "
