"We liked the convenient location and loved the hot breakfast options like eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and pancakes. The pool was open but cold since it's partially outdoors and partially covered. The hot tub was nice. Appreciated the exercise facility. Our first room smelled like weed and we were able to change right away to another one. There were some guests smoking it in the parking lot even though the hotel claims to be 100% smoke free. Overall had a great stay."

"Property was nice and lots of shops nearby, the only problem was our shower was draining, we got to the hotel very late (2am) so we didn’t realize till this morning when it was time to get ready and check out. "

"Check I was easy. Room was dirty, bathroom had what looked to be fecal on the floor, bad odor in room, stains on floor and night stand. The cafe, asked for three coffee’s they just forgot to make the other two and walked off. So the only feature that was great was location from HLSR. "

"Our stay was good, staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the ac did not cool the room very well but that wasnt a huge deal. When we went to go down for breakfast guest were in the lobby posing and making videos in the seating area with inappropriate bits out (7 am) and the staff allowed it. Not really what i wanted my daughters to see first thing in the morning. There was also puke in the elevator and all the staff did was put a wet floor sign up. But one great thing about this hotel is they offer a free shuttle and the man that drives was friendly and very helpful. "

"The room was nice but had a slight musty smell. The bath tub/shower was missing a body wash container but it was replaced at my request. I ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food and service was great!"

"Everything was great as far as staff, cleanliness and breakfast. The attire of a good chunk of their other guest was less than ideal and having to shield the eyes of my children anytime we were out of our room after 12 pm. I guess spring break isnt a good time to stay. Glenda our waitress was phenomenal."
