"When we arrived on 5/29/2026, was disappointed no elevator. We had to go upstairs. Walked into the room and there was a stale smell in the room.There was a roach on the wall. The refrigerator was left open and it iced over. We had to get moved to another room. It was minimum. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any type of stay."

"Room was clean, I didn’t not enjoy the continental breakfast, it’s 4 minutes from casino, it says close to casino on website but it may be false advertisement, shuttle does not pick you up from this hotel. You need to drive to and from hotel. Other than that it is ok. Although I would choose not to stay here again if there is a closer hotel available."

"When I first arrived I had to wait about 15 minutes to be waited on due to the desk manager working on something in another room. When I arrived to my room I found a little trash, beer bottle caps by the window , when utilizing the sink in the rest room the water went through the pipes to the floor, the refrigerator was cool (not cold at all) and was leaking water. I called the front desk and reported it, he stated he could move me to another room, I said no we have already unpacked and just need it fixed. He came up and looked at both and saw the light around the mirror of the sink was out as well and nothing was changed, refrigerator was still leaking and the sink was still leaking as well. Overall, the room was clean as well as the rest room. You would think something would have been knocked off the hotel price, but it wasn’t. I was very disappointed."
