Beds were clean. We had one single roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms total. Lots of towels and extra pillows were nice! Showers were difficult to navigate and upstairs shower didn’t work at all. I made my reservation over a month in advance, but upon arrival, and after a long day of travel, I was informed that my booking had been canceled due to overbooking. I was not notified in advance in any way. Without consulting me, the staff arranged alternative accommodations at a nearby motel, which was not comparable to what I originally reserved. Adding to the confusion, a family member who booked a week after I did had no issues with their reservation. Based on my experience I would not choose to stay here again."
