Flying to Maui

All went well. Great recommendation for food from front desk attendant. Also, the airport shuttle worked fabulously. Easy, clean, and friendly, will stay there again!!

I pulled into the parking lot and noticed a truck up on blocks & many people loitering around the property. I didn't even get out. I booked the Hilton across the street.

Cost effective but run down

The facility is dated and a bit worn down. Bed springs were noisy and the AC did not cool the room the best. Bathroom was run down and dingy.

We knew it would be a cheap hotel when booking. But after a long day travel and an early morning flight we were disappointed to be booked in a handicapped room. The shower was made for someone in a wheelchair, not us standing up. The walls were super thin and we heard EVERYTHING in the neighboring rooms.

I like the room setup. Some things were broken. One lamp was broken. The microwave plate was missing and had to request a new because eventually it went out. The staff was generous and replaced the microwave. The bed had a lot of long hair in it when I arrived. Overall it was a good stay.
