"After a long day out we arrived at the hotel and couldn’t check into our room because their computer system crashed. They didn’t offer any sort of compensation, resolution, apology or anything. Just asked we keep waiting until it got fixed. So much time had passed and it was nearing midnight so we had to book somewhere else. Still waiting for someone to reach out about a refund. DONT DO IT."
